Meet Samantha Marella

As the owner and broker of Marella Realty, I’ve built my business around a simple idea: Real estate should feel clear, personal, and thoughtfully tailored to each client.

My approach is grounded in honest, straightforward communication, practical guidance, and an experience free from unnecessary pressure. Every home, situation, and set of priorities is different, and my role is to help clients understand their options, navigate the details, and make decisions they feel confident about.

On a personal note, I was born in Connecticut and have been lucky enough to live my whole life in this beautiful state. I currently reside in New Haven County with my husband, daughter and our fur babies.
